Mr. Powell is one of two founding Principals of P.E. Structural Consultants, Inc. Prior to founding the firm, David Powell gained significant experience in the design and analysis of building structures and in the forensic analysis of structural systems. Mr. Powell has served as Engineer of Record for a wide array of institutional, educational, industrial, and commercial building structures. With a reputation for innovation and aesthetic design, he has published multiple patents for precast concrete building systems and products. In 2003 Mr. Powell founded P.E. Building Systems, Inc. to advance the technology of his patented precast building system and commercialize its use in both domestic and global markets.
